Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order is packed, shipped, and — if needed — returned.

Shipping

Processing time. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

UK delivery. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Tracked and express options are available at checkout.

Packaging. Every frame is gift-ready — securely wrapped and boxed to arrive in perfect condition, ready to give or display.

International orders. Currently we ship within the UK. If you’re located elsewhere and would like a piece, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window. If you’re not completely happy with your piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return. Email hello@islamicframes.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
